Dr. Ma has taught bachelor’s and master’s degree programs at HKU, CityU, HKMU, and universities in the UK and Australia,  and has served as a supervisor for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral  dissertations. Awarded the HKU Faculty of Law Best Teacher Award
